Hi! This sounds like quite an easy fix. There are some headers/dividers that are not being added to your emails before they are going out. I spent a lot of time on this as I've played around with all forms of emails from php. What we were doing was including a text only format, a html format and attachment files too (pdfs) that were dynamically created at time of email, saved on the server and then attached to the emails too. So this should be a bit simpler than what we were doing before. Downloading the XLS file, I think you want to generate a report from the database? This can be done but best to be saved as a CSV (comma separated text file) which can then be opened into Excel and should automatically open with columns in the correct place etc. You can have this emailed to you or you can have a button/link that you click/go-to that creates and saves the file on the computer you're using. May I ask, is the website written in PHP, or another language? Is there a framework? Thanks
