Fix dynamic web image creation using PHP & Symfony

We have a need for a talented PHP and Symfony framework programmer to fix problems with generating animaged images dynamically for a web application. The user selects a series of images from a pre-defined set which are combined, using PHP/Symfony, into a final animated goal-tracking "ticker" image. That final image is not being created properly and specific errors are appearing when the user clicks "Submit" on the final stage of the image creation process. An example animated GIF is attached along with a screenshot and text file detailing the current errors we're receiving.
