Finish the Advertiser side on my Ad Network Script

I have a Ad Network Script with full publisher (People who have websites and advertise ads on them) and admin panel, but i don't have advertiser side where people pay me money to give my affiliates offers or campaigns to advertise on their site to have business or get the word out. It needs these current features: Admin Panel Needed: -Show Advertiser Signup info (Already have advertiser list page). -Show Advertiser Campaigns/Offers and be able to approve the offer to show to publishers or deny it. Advertiser Panel - Create Campaigns with their balance - add money to their balance directly from Paypal (Page already made, but does not add transaction) - view campaigns that the advertiser specifically owns (Pause the Campaign/Expire it) - Forgot Password (So they can reset their password was never added!) - Javascript Pixels (Put on advertisers page that they want to postback to my site to credit the publisher earnings because their visitor completed their survey or email submit etc..) There might be a few 3 minute features that i might go up to $50 for (If i need it!) Thanks for anyone who applies for this, i am really in need to get this done.
