Expert in CSS and javascrpit, apply modern animation for existing website

Our existing website want to have some improvement. Requirement: * Must be deliver ON TIME, please reserve time for implementation & debug within project completion, people who cannot manage timing please don’t apply. * Handler must easy to catch up, if your time zone big lag with ours (UTC+8), please consider if you can have instant response and feedback when we are asking question. * Payment only pay when project completed. * We need sensible & logical thinking handler, all provided production must be usage considered and tested before submit, please ask if not sure; do not accept develop not follow by requirement and ask for pay for correction. Additional will be pay if new requirement added with reasonable price. * For animation, we look for update technology Web design (no old style), everything is javascript and css: which means the Developer must provide sample for us to choose, experience to test all the animation in different browser also IOS and Android. (make sure you have device for testing) * Must use version control tool: GIT, Developer must accept work with others for the single web site. * Implementation will be work at our testing server and migrate the completion job to our production server.
