we search for a very experienced PHP tech lead/ lead developer who know well how to design software in OO and to integrate it will very old code. Your major tasks will be to ensure quality in the team! To get considered you will have to have to fill a questionaire, which will take you about 5-10 Minutes. If you are unwilling to invest this time, we will not fit together! Your task will be a cleanup of existing code in terms of OO design principles and in terms of clean code. Also considering PSR Also considering how to build software packages which can be easily installed by other developers with dependency management and build systems. You are a good fit if you have * very good experience with PHP * exceptional good OO design knowledge * exceptional good software design knowledge * you have lead a php team already and have been responsible for quality delivery on code and on runtime You are a bad fit, if you have only basic "PHP" knowledge and you hack somehow your code your tasks will be to do efficiently: - review written code - advice to improve code - ensure coding style - ensure coding quality if you want to you can also get programming assignments too, but not the focus for this position after very short chat interview, you will demo your tech lead expertise to a very experienced developer in a video call. So if you are a sales person, ensure your best developers are in the video call. motto: No sales talking, only facts and expertise on tech leading will impress
