Design & Build Multi Vendor WooCommerce Store on Existing Website -- 2

[login to view URL] is a package forwading business which allows global shoppers to shop online on New Zealand stores and have their shopping combined, repacked and forwarded to them anywhere in the world. We're looking to expand our offering by launching a multi vendor WooCommerce store on it's website. The store will allow local retailers in New Zealand to sign up and list their products on our site. Jetkrate will not hold stock of products, but for all sales generated on the site - pass on the order to the respective retailer, and then receive the goods directly at the Jetkrate warehouse for international fulfilment. The model is similar to dropshipping, however we ARE disclosing transparently to our customers the manufacturers, brands and stores of the products they are buying. We will simply allow shoppers to purchase goods from listed sellers, have their goods sent to us for combining, repacking and then will send the combined order along with any other shopping they have done externally onto them anywhere in the world per our existing business model. Requirements - The store will be setup in a separate sub directory i.e [login to view URL] - The store will use the same header and footer as current on [login to view URL] and be integrated with the design of the website. It will need to appear all as one site. - The store must allow local retail businesses to sign up for accounts and setup their own products for sale on our website. Per standard WooCommerce Multi Vendor features. - The store must allow guest check outs. - The store checkout process will likely require customisation to allow a seamless user experience with our current user journey. - The store checkout process will require custom pricing rules (to exclude GST for export purposes). The above scope is a high level scope. We will develop a detailed scope with you once we've found the right freelancer for the job. Ideal Candidate We will consider your services based on the following factors. If you do not possess one of the following skills, this does not mean we will not consider you. Please provide clear examples and evidence where appropriate. 1. Your experience to date – projects completed on time and to the budget, your review ratings, the complexity of your previous projects, the design and intuitiveness of your previous projects. 2. Your knowledge of WooCommerce – this is a MAJOR factor which will help us assign this project. If you have strengths in this area including knowledge, prior experience or past projects – this will be heavily weighted. 3. Your availability – we are looking for someone that is available via Skype, Skype Video, Phone and SMS. Ideally we are after someone in a timezone which allows them to be available during New Zealand daylight hours. 4. We are looking for someone that does not need to be guided on every detail. We want to give you a certain degree of creative control and do not expect to babysit you on minor details such as colours, margins, border width, alignment, spell checking etc. Your competency and attention to detail MUST allow you to do this on your own. 5. You must be able to speak and write English fluently. Additionally – if this project takes off, and it is successful – we will need long term maintenance and support with this website. This is not included in the scope of this project, but we will consider you for this in the long term if you can demonstrate your abilities well over the course of the project.
