Create a wordpress template for our website

READ THIS VERRY CARREFULY: You don't have to install plugins or create the website. WE NEED A TEMPLATE PREFFERED A CUSTOM MADE. BUt you are free to give any solutions. You must be a compagny as single persons will be exclused. We need a partner with a design ui team and quality proof of wordpress design. You have 30 days to deliver. We already have a predesign ( but we are unsure of it) We don't care if you use an existing theme and you transform it to our needs or you create somthing custom . But we need to be sure of the fact you can deliver in high quality if you can not show me a wordpress theme demo with a good admin we will not do bussines with you. Milestones are only created after the start of the job . the can be asked but we only will create them after e see the first work and we are happy with it.
