Create OptinDesigner Clone (With Changes)

[login to view URL] is an optin form designer that comes with 30 built-in templates. A similar template based approach is needed for this project, with a few changes (we will be creating full opt-in pages, instead of just opt-in forms). Please review their video on their homepage for an idea on how the application is going to work. We need a PHP/MySQL backend (preferably using the Yii framework). An idea about the look of the templates would be provided. You would be responsible for actually creating the editable templates as well though. Please include a timeline with your message.
