Hi, I want a responsive graph with a drop down the selects the location id from external api for wind forecast and caches it 4hrs. Then display on a graph with an arrow for the wind direction at the point and a line for the wind speed. Then also it will show 3 stations from my local database with the live current wind conditions.

I have much experience in fetching data from APIs and then displaying on graphs using PHP, Javascript and HTML. There are some Javascript graph libraries available which can be used to create graphs and display data on the graph according to the requirements.
