Build a live streaming platform like twitch

Hello, We are looking for a developer to develop a multi user channel to live stream their content on to our platform . it will have following features 1. users can create their channel. 2. can broadcast their content to the website from a 3rd party software like obs . 3. users will have a data of how many hours their content is being watched. Users can get verified after getting a certain number of watch hours. 4. verified users can earn watch time. 5. viewer have to get paid subscription to watch the live stream and can interact with the stream. by sending in gift while watching or playing animations. 6. different categories will have different subscription cost and once subscribing to one particular categories/ Genre they have to pay again to subscribe to other categories. We are looking forward to developers being able to describe how they will perform on developing this site. Solve problems like which encoder will be used, which media server is preferred, which video and audio player must be used, and other queries .
