Buddypress+woocomerce Development

We Have a website and need to implement a user interaction/ profiles on it. We would like to do that via BuddyPress. We need someone who is really really good with WordPress. We are also looking for a long-term commitment. Basically, the things we need to develop are as follows : 1. Connection between Buddypress+ Woocomerce ( can be done with a plugin) 2. We need to implement a feature where a user can invite another user to purchase a product with him. The product quantity changes as a new user accepts the request. 3. We need to customize the backend in such a way where people can raise a certain request and can be shown on our backend and a status is shown on the user's backend too.
