I am a Co-Founder of Supervalet, a company that provides Skilled Drivers and Parking Solutions. We are looking to make a new Valet System for a high-end building in Mumbai. We need a Software that saves all details of the building's residents (flat number, parking number, driver's name, cars owned etc) + a Biometric Machine to allow access to the customer (resident or driver). THE PROCESS :- - When a Customer would like to GIVE the car to the Valet, they would scan their fingerprint on the Biometric Machine. After access is allowed, a Manager would then register the car as ‘Received’ on the software. - When a Customer would like to call for the car BACK, they would scan their fingerprint on the Biometric Machine. After access is allowed, a Manager would register the car as ‘Dropped-Off’ on the system. Can a Biometric Machine be used for this purpose? If it can, we would like to start work in the very near future.
