Add Subscribers Through Aweber API

This project is to create a simple PHP script that would allow us to add subscribers to Aweber through their API function. For example: [login to view URL] They give example code above for adding subscribers to your list. I need to be able to do that, but I want it done in such a way that: 1) The script will check a folder on my server, for example [login to view URL] It will go through that folder and there will be text files. For example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] These .txt files will contain email addresses that need to be added as subscribers to my list on Aweber. 2) Cron job should be set that will check the folder every 12 hours for any new .txt files that contain email addresses. That's it.
