Animated Battles

To generate a visual depiction of a battle outcome based on set parameters. I have a php script which will generate a textual description detailing events based on the combatants. A copy showing the type of output generated in attached. This project is just to change the output of the battle generator from textual to an animated form. I need a visual depiction of the outcome showing the two sides, which combat log displaying at the bottom as the events are played out. For my purposes the battle animation is a replay of the calculation result and therefore the user wont have any further interaction except to view the battle. I am open to different solutions.
