website modifications

I have a basic site which uses the Phalcon framework and needs the following modifications

Issues

1. Fix: Notice: Undefined variable: logged_in on login

2. Add MH Panel (to left of Admin Panel)

3. Add Links to MH Panel (Profiles, Permissions)

2. Add Users Panel (to left of MH Panel)

3. Add Links to User Panel (Planet, Command Centre, R&D, Politics, Universe, Comms)

4. If not Admin then hide Admin Panel.

4. If not MH then hide MH Panel.

5. Issue with case-sensitive urls needs fixing.

6. Add time/data stamp to `success_logins` in database when logging in.

7. On confirmation of email address load to Planet section

8. Allow username or email address to be used during login process
