theme design for phpfox

I want a good designer to make me a clone of this theme (see attachmed file) of phpfox. I want it exactly the same however for the down part of the theme, i will want to to rearrange the page so it doesn't look like phpfox. Also i want the my account page navigation to be rearranged also. please only bid if you can do it. Also i don't want any bugs. I will test the theme to make sure is how i like it before i make or release payment.
