The prospective user will have the ability to register to our site, including logging in and out. He/she will have the ability to refer other people to our site and have them register. He/She will be able to monitor how many referrals they have sent out and how many of them have registered, hence giving them the credit/point. Included with the this referral concept we need a sort of "highlight" for the user to see on the homepage. A type of "Instant scoreboard" with this referral event, i.e; Last months winner, with a possible highlight on his or her profile. Top five leaders of the current month, rankings perhaps. Us being the administrators of the site, we will need to track all this information in a back office, i,e; Who referred who? Did they accept or deny the referral? Where the referral came from? Tracking the users referral history from his or hers commencement on the site to current time. (I was told by another designer/developer that a sort of tree bracket can be implemented to view the history). The second function that we need on the site is the ability for us to upload our viral videos onto the homepage for marketing and advertising purposes. Possibly have them on youtube then be able to view them on Vurbb. We do not want the video window to expand to "full screen". Finally we must have a music player on the homepage with playlist capabilities where us as the administrator will load music. We do not want the player to start playing music automatically when the page loads. We would like to give the user the option to start playing the audio at his or her own discretion. The user may not download anything to our site. This is a pre registration contest promotion. home page and user page that they can track referrals, a music player and video player,thats basically it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
