This project involves creating a windows based HTML converter from a PDF. Currently, we have many forms that are in a PDF format that has fields (to be filled in by the End User). These fields were created in the past by using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 and Adobe Live Cycle Designer. These fields were then interfaced with a database. Due to the difficulties that we have encountered with the changing of versions of Adobe Reader every 4 months, we have decided to migrate to a web application for our forms, and get away form PDF's. So phase 1 includes: (1) Extract and create HTML checkbox, textbox from PDF form (2) Create a background image as a capture of PDF form (3) Positioning fields overlay background image (4) Allow setting properties for fields (font, color, alignment, check sign(for checkbox), use date picker or not (for textbox)) (5) Generate script for data table creation
