Fully Custom Magento Shop Development (only Magento experts) (1774818)

This project is about an e-commerce website for an organic food company. The webiste is going to use the magento community edition as its backend with some additional features and a fully customised front-end. We have our interface design ready and you can find it attached along with some other docs. We need an experienced magento developer who can take on this design and turn it into a fully working webiste with all our needed functions in place. (This is not an ordinary magento interface customization job. In you first reply to us please tell us the url's of your top 5 magento website references. If not, your reply will be ignored. We are expecting you to work in the below 5 areas on this project. Please read carefully and review the attached docs and design. Please don't bid without reviewing the attached files. **Consultancy: ** Review our requirments & flow documentation, review the interface design screens and compare these with magento community edition features and check if there are any issues in our logic and design. Make recommendations and develop solutions to possible compatability problems that we might have with magento. You will be taking the responsibility of all project excluding the information architecture and graphic design. If you make a mistake, you will need to correct it by yourself without any extra charge because you are the project responsible. If not, you will not be paid. Do not place a bid if you don't accpet this rule. **Front-End Work:** Slicing of PSDs Necessary coding of html, css and javascript. Develop custom interface plugins which our design demends. Layered PSD files and all necessary sample content (exluding the dynamic data) will be provided in the beginning of the project. (they are available if you want to review them before taking on the project) **Back-End Work:** We need you to code all the necessary functions that we have in our docs and design. While you are doing the consultancy work for this project, you will review the docs attached and you will see that most of our functions are standard Magento functions that you wont have any problems to adapt to our design. But we also have some extra functions which are not a part of Magento Community Edition and you are going to need to usesome of available Magento add-ons or and you will need to develop some of your own add-ons. (some examples: a basic blog, payment processing for turkish banks, custom cargo needs, newsletter signup, custom shopping list, some custom pages with xml content(example 'our stores', 'terms&conditions', etc..)) **Synchorinzation with our Software:** We are using a local software package called 'LOGO'. We do all our inventory, stock keeping, invoicing and all other necessary similar operations through LOGO. Our LOGO solution partner is developing us web services so we will be able to do do a realtime two-way synchronization with our Magento shop. We need you to plan the necessary synchronization requirements with us so we can get the LOGO guys code the webservices for us. Once we have our webservices ready, you will be using these web services to do the necessary synch on necessary Magento functions. **Setting up the website on our servers:** We need you to setup this Magento Shop on our servers. We might also ask your help on the server settings and configuration before we purchase our server. The project will be finished once we have our shop fully tested and running on our servers.
