Employee-Job Matching

Hello, We are looking to create an online applicant - job matching site for internal use by a consortium of organizations. In general terms what is required is : An administrative interface with users - including varying degrees of rights in regards to functions, including a super administrator group. The basic functions that are of interest are the following 2 : Users (companies) will be able to create job models - which will include descriptions and a customizable number of variables,which will contain a rating. For instance : computer skills > value=10, blind typing > value=6 etc The users will be able to add customized criteria for each job model. 2 > The second part will be the application where the user will be able to input the emploee's criteria, these pages will be generated by the script according to the available criteria that have been inputed in all job models, and thus the user will be able to rate the employee on all possible fields and after that be able to find the best matching job for that one person, according to the criteria set by each job. Thus there will need to be a way to create a ranking system for job models according to the variables that define each job model. The exact way the matching will be performed is something that is open to discussion. Also each company that will have access to the system will have its own unique set of job models and matching area. Thus variables from job models created by one company will have no effect on the searching/matching of another company. We are interested in a php/mysql/linux solution. The budget is set at medium - but we understand this is a somewhat complex project and will evaluate each bid on its own. For any clarification please PM. PS.
