Elegant, Infomercial-Style Landing Page Needed

Hello, I need a one-page website designed to mimic infomercial-style sites. It has the following components: 1) A lead generation form that goes to a specific email address. 2) A few coverflows of both photos and videos. 3) Lightbox effects when photos or videos are clicked on. 4) A simple content management system to manage the elements on the main page. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY CODERS WHO DO NOT SEND A PORTFOLIO OF RELATED WORKS.
