UI Designer for Web (repost)

We are in the process of producing a web application. We have our own developers but are looking for a talented UI designer. The UI designer will create each page's UI at a page at a time. Designer shall know how to create using using CSS/html. In addition, the designer should know what elements to use or not to use. For example, tables are a bad design choice, so you must know how to develop with that table tags. Designer will provide to us the html/css/ and any associated image files and any javascript functionality built into the page. The designer will not be responsible for making the page to function as that is the job of the developer I have. I will provide details of page that need to be designed as what needs to be displayed. Designer provide UI, passes to me which I provide to developer who integrates into system.. that's all. We will work one page at a time starting from the login page.
