Wordpress Template Creation ~ Ongoing

Hi Wordpress Template & Theme Creators. I need Wordpress templates created as .zip files that when uploaded to a fresh Wordpress install it will install the full wordpress site and theme just as I want it created. Pages, Posts, look & feel. I have had a couple of so called Wordpress "Gurus" who have done the template but when you install the theme or template it does not install anything just a blank theme I have to modify all the time. The reason I am building these is for an automated Wordpress Installation so that I won't have to keep changing and adjusting everything in the back end. ~~ For the person who can do the theme and make it work I will need a minimum of 50 themes created: 1) squeeze page as homepage with a blog page that links all the posts - no contact page on this initial one 2) LATER... I will need full sites and also more squeeze pages at first.. 3) MOST IMPORTANT... you CANNOT use proprietary themes at all. These MUST be custom themes you make. AS it is for a commercial system I cannot have someone coming later and asking for money because you used their base theme... 4) Theme must be 100% stable 5) Keep in mind that once you have your stable base theme it will purely be layout, colour and copy changes. So you will be making money on the extra themes. Don't quote to high, keep this in consideration that you will be creating more and more. 6) IF anyone wants to send me already created squeeze page themes to test I will pay and hire the person who sends me a theme that actually works 7) If I get a theme and it does not install automatically and I have to make a whole heap of changes in order to install it properly, you will NOT be paid... It MUST be a fully working installable theme
