I like putting surveys in wordpress posts. I use a plugin to do this called "Surveys". The problem is that I think it is a little limited. What I would like is something like I found the other day.

Notice how when you click on the image, it has a popout survey. That is really cool, and notice also that when you answer one question, it goes to another, and that other question will depend on which answer you gave to the previous question.
The problem is that I want to be able to do this starting from the first question in the post, and not have them have to click on an image first.
The way "Surveys" works, you can embed a survey right into a post. Check out an attachment for an example.
What I would like is that, instead of having to click on an image to start the survey, is to start the survey from the embedded first question. So when they answer the first question, depending on which answer they give, it pops out a survey.
