Pc Rental Application for locking computers

We run a computer rental operation and need a solution that will lock out users if they are late on payments. This needs to be a small windows application that does not require internet access to update. It would be ideal to have a pass key system to give users, and then there rental pc will work for another 30 days. A system that is late would be shown a slahscreen that requires the new pass key for that month. If a incorrect key is not entered, then the computer will no work. We already have an online system that controls access of encoded php scripts. This system is called phpaudit. It will gernerate a license key and also generate a local key. There is instructions on the phpaudit forum on how to make vb a c applications use your phpaudit installtion to control activations. I have included these instructions in a zip file ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
