PART 1. FREELANCING SITE (FREELANCER) A website that is alike many sites that provides a platform for tradesman and the potential customers like e lance. Here the tradesman is medical service provider and customers are public The service seeker would be PUBLIC , alike in any freelancing site The service provider would be DOCTORS, PHARMACIST, LABORATORY & RADIOLOGICAL, Dentist, physiotherapist, nurses and so on. BOTH this portion needs registration and login. The login of SERVICE provider is little different and more stringent to make sure we keep our standards on higher sides. The job posting could be either based on reverse auction, open contest, or accepting open offers placed by service providers There are different packages SERVICE SEEKER can opt, ie from free to paid services There are different packages for SERVICE PROVIDER can opt, ie from paid to free services The Registration of Service provider is largely different as we are planning to give registration to individual doctor and hospital ( that has large number of doctors) there has to be a payment gateway integrated into the system, that would store the credit card details for recurrent payment. PART 2 : E-LEARNING ( ONLINE TRAINING) Any Service Provider could take up the Online training program. this program would have online courses and modules, CME (continuous Medical Education). there would be section of share knowledge wherein a service provider can share their knowledge and recent presentations. There is a ranking and reviewing system for service provider based on combination of Part 1 and Part 2. The service provider can get verified by certain criteria and can get Certified Genuine by certain criteria. this training part also has examinations and certifications system. Admin should be able to edit, add new, online materials and also design an examination and conduct it online and should be able to provide certifications. Please note : 1. This site has some complex functionality, hence only developers who have worked with such complex applications should bid. 2. Before we award work, its necessary to sign NDA & MOU( memorandum of understanding) with the designer of mock ups. 3.
