201116 Website Development in Joomla

Need a programmer/designer with extensive experience in building and developing sites in Joomla. 1. We have an existing, partially built site ([login to view URL]) that we need moved across to the Joomla platform retaining the current site design and layout. 2. The site will have paid memberships, with members joining under another (affiliate) members account. The affiliate will receive a commission for members joining under their account. This will work through several levels (MLM). The Joomla Community builder component has the ability to link member accounts, but I don't know if this is appropriate for this requirement. Each member will also have a single listing in a categorised business directory on the site. member will be able to select the category they will be listed under and input details/description of their business service. 3. The current site is using wordpress for the blog feature. We need this moved to a blog component for Joomla. Each member in a specific membership group can have their own blog like the community builder component for Joomla. 4. Provide a newsletter module so the site admin can send html formatted email newsletters to selected member groups. 5. Provide a forum component for all community members to access and post to. 6. Provide a banner ad manager to show advertising throughout the site. 7. Provide categorised news articles in the site (yes, I know Joomla already does this) 8. Provide a calendar/booking component so that each member may create appointments that can be booked online. This will be linked to the member listings in the business directory. 9. Provide a store/ecommerce component for the site. Every member of the site will have an affiliate relationship with the store so they will receive a commission for every sale they have referred. 10. Reporting will be required for all of the financial aspects of the site. The reports will need to be compatible with the MYOB accounting platform. The format can be provided during the project. We are happy for the project to be released in stages over the development period. The preferred milestones for each of the stages are: Stage 1: Copy existing site and blogs across to Joomla. Newsletter Component Categorised news articles Stage 2: Banner Ad module Forum component Member Business Directory Financial reports for membership payments Stage 3: Completion of membership MLM linkages Ecommerce store Stage 4: Booking engine Hopefully many of these requirements can be met with existing Joomla components, or with minimal changes to existing components, however full development may be required for parts of the project such as the appointment manager.
