Website & Corporate Identity Set

This job is for (1) designing a single CSS-based webpage that I will use as a template for the pages on my website, (2) programming a PHP-based "Contact Us" page using the webpage design, and (3) designing a corporate identity set consisting of a company logo, stationary, and business card. Website - I already have a general idea what I am looking for in the webpage design. I can provide to you links of other sites that have a design that I am looking for, so much of the design work is done in that regards. Corporate Design - I need a company logo, stationary, and business cards designed. The company provides legal services, so the design must consist of a majestic, classic, timeless design, not cartoon-like Web 2.0 type of designs. However, i will consider contemporary designs of a clean, minimalist style. I would like the design of the stationary and business cards to be integrated with the website so that clients experience a single, cohesive corporate identity both online and offline. All intellectual property rights in these designs will vest in the corporation, not in the designer. The organic files related to the designs must be provided. The webpage design must be submitted in both .PSD format as well as HTML/CSS formats ready for editing. The corporate identity designs must be provided in print ready .EPS or .PSD formats at a resolution suitable for print production, including large print jobs for banners, etc. Please provide links to online portfolios that you may have.
