Sports Website with multiple users

I want a biking/running/sports website where 5 or 6 users can input their workouts and food, logging their workouts over long periods of time. Each user will have access to their own page where they input their workouts and then those show up on the site when visitors come to the site. Each user needs: Twitter feed Blog with ability to put pics into blog Nutrition log Workout log Workout metrics page Photo Gallery Profile page for each person Race results/schedule/goals Expense log/sum Decision points log/tree Ability to have multiple users with the same format -each user needs their own login with their own logs and usability. Their own mini-site. Homepage set to select user and then see their profile. I need this to have a new logo made and the site look very very professional and very stable. I need it uploaded to my server and fully installed and functional. This site will document all of our workouts and make that information available to the public to see how we are doing.
