320231 phpNuke Evolution Themes

I need someone who can work with phpnuke evo cms system. I need themes called sublback modified to our needs. That also works with the modules called MILPACS. Also the themes need to be modified into the forum (phpbb) What we need. 1. Look here for sites that already use it. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need something similar just modified to our own needs with new colors and images. Like the menu modules colors etc. (some stylesheets work) 2. Head banner (Games we play. Arma.) So a banner with our logo into it and some graphic US marine.. 3. Background. As you see one the links I provide the background have an army style, we need that as well just in a marine style. 4. The menu. We need menu in both sites of the themes. You also need to know what version we need to run for phpnuke evo, since there is some main problems with some of the version, that use MILPACS. So everything needs to work 110% together. Also the main content you see that is black/gray need to be transparent. Also the menu's About the MILPACS, you dont need to set it up for us, we just want to make sure when we opload it and activate it, there will be no problems at all with MILPACS and the themes. This shuld not take long and for thuse who know what they are doing can easy do this in no time. I am sorry but the budget is not that big. Also this need to be done ASAP. Thanks.
