The program essentially allows registered users to search and browse genres of music and sample music in a player. When they decide on a track they want to license for film or TV they can download it and then are given a license in form of a PDF file.
It will also allow our artists to upload there music under genre, tempo, key etc.
We will require seeing at least four samples of data base driven projects they have completed.
This project will need to be completed within 90 days.
Our terms are $500 in advance upon your signed agreement of the terms and conditions of our and ¼ or total payment upon delivery of a fully functional backend database and data entry system and ¼ upon approved completion of said project with final payments in monthly installments spread over a 9 month period to secure technical support.
With the bid we require one year of technical support.
