Membership Signup page and a Website Shop built on Magento

Hi, please see rough project outline below. Membership signup - this will be the only page viewable on the site until the official launch in January 2014. I would like all memberships free or paid to be captured at the backend of the store. No LOG IN on the Membership signup page is to be viewable. 1. A membership signup page with official Launch date. Two membership levels are a) Free Membership b) VIP Membership (linked to Pin Payments) 2. Create a shopfront on Magento with Pin Payments plugin (will download the plugin from ProxiBlue when required). I would like the functionality/categories as per http://www.modnique.com. 3. The design needs to be creative as it will be a high-end fashion store. Social media integrations, retina display enabled for mobile devices. 4. Categories need fields like size, colour and quantity. 5. Sub Categories MUST have an option to restrict access to VIP Membership only. 6. Magento has not been installed on domain so an install will be required. Any suggestions or prebuilt ecommerce sites that can provide us with the above requirements or far more superior, please send me the links. Logo design complete and can be sent for colour design.
