Looking for a very skilled webdesigner team

I am looking for a very skilled web designer team for developing websites. I am looking for the best web designers, that are really creative and can make really good custom web sites. The web designer have to really good in designing the website and we also need people that are very good at making the code of the website! !!!Only post you interest in working on this project, if your web designer team is really skilled and professional!!! Before we decide which web designer we wants to use. We wants to see the web designs you have done in the past. And we are looking for really good looking, creative, beautiful pictures and easy to navigate web sites. The websites we want to have done is not the most technical difficult websites to make, thats is why we mostly are looking for the graphic design of the website and which websites looks the most professional! One on the website we need to have don is the following: This platform will allow real estate brokers to upload their real estate info to the platform. The real estate brokers have to be able to edit their uploaded real estate info, add photos (after the owner of the platform have given them permission). I will also need to be able to monitor everything that is going on in the website and I need to be able to make changes myself in the website. When the real estate broker are finished with the upload their real estate or the editing of the info, is the position of the property automatically going to be shown on a map on the site (Google maps). When buyers wants to see the real estate property, that the real estate broker have been uploading to the site, the buyer can see all the details of the property, but not the real estate broker information. Then the Buyers have to have more informations about the property, then he has to make a request About that he is interested in the property. then are the owner of the site going to make the arrangement with the real estate broker. The source code should be provided with the project. There should be a map of Europe or the world on the first site, so you can look for a property, a Specific place!
