227576 Junior Developer needed ASAP

I need a junior developer that has strong skills in design, very limited php required but is a plus, I have a few tasks right now and you will get approximately 15 to 20 hours a month. More time given if you can prove yourself. payrate is 8 to 12 dollars an hour. To accept this job you must be available to start within 24 hours of being given an assignment. I work on average 15-19 hours a day so I am easy to get a hold of. Current tasks!!! Urgent: fix email crons so they arent marked as spam. Help me tighten up the design on my new roll out. Work will be done for one of my clients but you will report to me and turn your time into me. I will approve your time and you will be paid by my client.
