Handle all enhancement to wordpress website and make it state of the art with all the bells and whistles.

I have an online radio show and website. I need to promote the show to real estate agents nationwide in the USA. My website is www.thepowerisnow.com. Please review it. It is a wordpress website. I need someone who will work with me long term to maintain and update the website and the online radio site at [login to view URL] I also need content for blogging and articles about real estate. I also need a facebook landing page and twitter and linkedIn enhancements. I want to give away an Ipad in October and I need a page built to promote the IPad give away on both sites. So in summary, I need a team or an individual who can work with me long term as my tech support to handle all of my needs. My Radio show is weekly. The website needs to be updated weekly and flyers need to be sent out weekly promoting the shows. Updates to all the social media accounts need to handled almost daily. And Transfer each show from blogtalkradio/thepowerisnow to its appropriate page in the appropriate category. I want to use a mp3 player for the replays and not blog talk radio. I pay monthly for Blogtalk and eventually, I want to replace it with my own internet radio station. 2. Create news feed from major papers. 3. Create calendar so I can publish events. 4.
