Geo Location Profile Website

I am looking for a profile website with gps check in with google results. Coded so that will be mobile app iphone and android ready (im not ready to do the mobile app yet just want to focus on website) basically just a simple profile page with members basic info. member feature would be to check in like facebook, geo location that shows google places or facebook places results. once they check in to location they can see who else is checked in and view profiles also have it set up to message or poke person nothing fancy when bidding i dont want to see a bunch of links copy and paste of what your experience is UNLESS it is specific to my project also i will only consider bids that actually explain what programing they would use to build the site and how it relates to my end goal
