FIx a hacked website

Same happened to one of my client and fixed his site and re submission to the google as well. We remove all the base64, escape, move_uploaded_file, and other security issues and then cliean all htaccess redirects and dynamic pages installed to various locations. Resubmission of cleaned sites will fixed "this site may be hacked" issue and warning of the google.
