Hi,
This isn't a big of a job as it looks like. I'm available immediately and I'd be able to complete this within 2 hours. I'm a UK based web developer with over 9 years experience.
Around 300 of the 513 errors are to do with unclosed tags. These errors can be a bit misleading, as one unclosed tag can cause the W3C to misread correctly closed tags that follow it. There are probably only around 100 of these tag errors on the homepage.
There are a few duplicate ID's. The majority of these look like they're not connected to any CSS, just references for labels/inputs, which means it will be quick and easy to rename them without causing any styling issues.
Apart from that, it just looks to be a few missing attributes which again is a quick and easy fix.
