Editing Qooy script or programming a new Multi Mirroring

Either edit [login to view URL] script to fit my needs or program a new script for me. Please this is what Im looking for. If you know how to edit Qooy script please read: 1- My site (which is the site it self in that hosting the script) should be in the mirror list 2- When someone upload a file, the file should be uploaded to my site too (to the server directly not to another hosting script means you should point a folder in my server so files can be uploaded there) 3-if someone decided to download from my site he should be directed to a simple page that has the download link.(file hosted in my server) 4- add [login to view URL] to the list also (Max 200) (pm me to get the site) 6-I want these websites to be listed other then them delete them. please see the photos .
