Dynamic with Login, Picture Posting Website

Are you reliable and trustworthy? Are you a hard worker? Do you want to be part of something amazing? Then we need your help! We need a website created for our research. The website has to have a secure log in and registration with only basic information such as log in name, password, and email. The front page will contain very basic categories that we can add to. The main function of the website is to allow the users (the rest of our team) to add up to 4 different images per keyword/category. Preferably these images can be added to IMGUR server and not our own. We can get the API for that and provide it to you. Finally after we add those 4 pictures, we want other users which are the research participants to be able to select one of the 4 pictures. These votes will be tallied up and we will have the information we need for our project. Also other users are going to be able to see the results on the votes AFTER they are logged and vote on that particular picture. That is the basic idea but this project will expand to include more experiments and we need someone to work with us long time. We will pay for each service you provide. We will communicate one on one to get this project rolling. If interesting please message with your credentials and other projects. I am going to put this as a very small project for now but if we like your service we will continue to give you more projects. In summary, a website with log in where users can view and select from up to 4 different images that our team uploads onto IMGUR so only the LINK will be entered into the database. Very simple.
