Data integration (API) for Real Estate website

Looking to integrate data with our new web design. Currently we are using a pre-programmed widget which can be seen here [login to view URL] -See attached Jpeg of our new design. PSD file will be sent upon request. -Full API details attached in PDF. -Web page will have map on the right hand side which will display location of listing when user rolls-over the listing. ([login to view URL] for reference) -Interactive search on top of page should return immediate results. (Without having user press "Search") -Search by; Neighborhood, price, bed, bath, Listing type. Fee or no fee. -A quick-view page should display when user clicks on quick-view. (We already have a PSD file for that design) Attached is only the List Page. Same will be needed for Grid view and for Map view.
