Good day to everyone, me and my friend have deisgned our own site using very basic html and some images and text, and we have now thought of upgrading the website. we are looking for a freelancer who can do all the following requirements as soon as possible for us and at a nice modern standard. its not about who has the cheapest bid but who can do it as soon as possible. here are the requirements: 1:chat box, we will provide an example of what we want 2:facebook, we will also provide an example of what we want 3:paypal subscription, we will also provide an example for this and how we want it 4:convert html to php. 5:add a few extra pages, we will show what pages we need added. 6:change a few things in the website main menu. 7:Integrate a forum into the website that looks like our website exactly, you may use any software fo this but let us know first. 8:add a newsletter option for users to use. 9:make a form to email contact us page. 10:a complete admin area to manage all aspects of the website, from managing members and sending emails to managing all site content and making new [login to view URL] will also provide a template that we want our admin area to look like. 11:Add an advertisement system, so that people can advertise on our website, and pay using paypal 12: we have a javascript that we need to run but we do not know how to so that is also important for us. 13: we need more traffic to our site, at this moment our site is getting visitors at a very steady pace but we want it to go up as well as making our site link appear on google within those bigger websites than ours 14: all of the above should be made to a modern standard, so that we do not require to upgrade the site untill after a long time If any of the above cannot be done by a freelancer and you would like to still do some of the work then please contact us first and we will see what we can do. now for this project we have very strict requirements about this job: 1: we require all workers to be able to talk english fully and fluently 2: must have a few years experiance in designing websites like these. 3: have experiance in making all of the above things and in a good standard and modern standard. ALSO please note that we will not any milestone or payment or even create the milestone untill, the project is complete and we have all the files on our server, only after that we can send the full amount of the money, this is mainly because of a previous freelancer ( i will not mention his name), who scammed us, he made us creat the milestone and not pay untill he was done, and once he was done we sent him the milestone, only to find that the code he gave us was incoded and was usless and unusable except by him, so that is why we have very strict requirements about this.
