501797 connect Paypal transaction to php/sql/oscommerce

Small project to find new developer for osCommerce based site using sql and php. YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONNECTING OSCOMMERCE AND PAYPAL. If you are unfamiliar with hooking up oscommerce to paypal, don't bid. It will become apparent and I will be forced to give you a bad rating. Looking for small development group able to respond to web development work in reasonable time. This is a small get acquainted project. It is important that some development methods be used, including uploading ONLY program files that are changed, sending difference listings for review. I want a general understanding of changes and of your work style. Also, INCLUDE TESTING in your bid. I am a software professional and outsourcing this because I do not have time to do everything myself. Testing is often more time consuming than coding. Project parts- Review database schema and oscommerce files. The oscommerce has been customized for this application. This web site does NOT use oscommerce to display shopping cart. Instead, the oscommerce is only used for database description of products and for inerface to billing. Project will consist of .php file(s) to accept a form post with arguments to identify a product manufacturer, product name, computer and user information. 1) .php code will look up product in database 2) an html page will display 1 to 4 pricing options, depending on the product, (or error if the product is not found) 3) User will submit either a a purchase selection or cancel from a regular browser. (IE) 4) Purchase will be forwarded to paypal for processing. 5) successful purchase will return a fixed format html result showing the license purchased, and an encoded key. Testing should include ability to demonstrate paypal processing, preferably in a test mode. I will provide access to the web site via FTP, and dba access to a mysql database. I will FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS if necessary to set up processing account with PAYPAL, so again, if you don't know how to do this, don't bid. I'm looking for expertise in hooking up a site to send transaction to paypal, set up whatever technical and busness arrangements with paypal, everything necessary, from scratch. If you ask me how to hook to paypal, my answer is that is what I am paying for. I will give strong preference to bidders with high ratings. I will not award this to an unrated bidder.
