consider your work has done. i will create the website which allow students to upload their pdf file with name, description and thumbnail image. the registration form which store student data in database and we use it for login purpose. it will secure system there will no access without registration id and password. Login form which verify the user and allow or disallow him. User can able to download the file. user can upload the file. also an admin panel to manage the site and other users.
