Secure Information Management Application for Winforms and Windows Mobile Devices

The purpose of this project is to build a secure information management software package for both the windows mobile platform and the windows desktop platform using Visual Studio 2008. The basic premise is that a user will create a secure file and create categories of information where sensitive data such as credit card numbers, bank account number, tax identificaion number, etc will be entered and easily retrieved. Both version should be able to synch their data using an encrypted webservice. It will be expected that you will follow the [login to view URL] framework on the desktop version and also on the mobile version if possible. You will also be required to follow our coding standards and design methodology. Attached to this bid are the requirements as of today. Please read these specs and bid appropriately. It is expected that both the mobile and the desktop versions will include professionally designed screens and a unique graphical layout with easy to navigate features for the end-user. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
