iam wanting to scan open ports for ips i can use as proxies. I need someone who has done this before and who knows the best software to use or can build me the best software. i will be providing a list of ALL ip ranges throughout the world. (millions and millions) Each day we would need the tool to scan these (for many different ports also) and save any that are useable. These would then need to be tested for working / speed and google passed. this would be repeated every 24 hours. You must have previous experience of port scanning software / proxy harvesting or making this type of software.
