DVD Purchase Project

I want a DVD store programmed in microsoft visual basic 6.0 which allows a user to search for film titles which are contained in a microsoft access database. After the search a list will be displayed to the user. The user can then select a title from this list and a few facts about the film will appear, such as it rating out of 5 stars and what type of film it is eg. comedy, horror etc. When the user first logs on a welcome screen will appear, this should stay on for a few seconds before the main menu screen appears. On the main menu form there should be 4 command buttons. 1 to take the user to the search form, 1 to take the user to the checkout, 1 to take the user to a form that contains a list of titles that are soon to be released, and finally 1 to exit the system. Before exiting the system a goodbye message should be displayed and stay on the screen for a few seconds. The search form should let the user type in a title of a film or key words and have a search. at the bottom of this form there should be 4 command buttons. 1 to take the user back to the main menu, 1 to add the selected film to the shopping cart, 1 to clear the search textbox and 1 to take the user to the checkout form. The checkout form should contain a list of selected items. Its should also contain the total cost of all the DVDs. Then at the bottom there should be a Calculate button that calculates the total cost including postage and packagin and tax. This is then displayed. There should be a button to clear the cart, a button to print a reciept and a button that takes the user back to the main menu. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
