Daycare Program II

1.I need program to be able to make updates to underlying tables when main table is updated. Main form is frmcustomers. Right now the childparent form does not reflect changes from the main form which is frmcustomers. The user should have to only make a change to the main table to update throughout the program. I would like this as a function where the user would click update and the function would update all the related tables and underlying records. This would mean not only updating current record, but stored records. So for instance if a change of name was made, all the records previously created that had that name would be updated as well. Read Below************************************** UPDATE: The program is designed as Master/Child relationships. It is relational. The problem with the updating is that I want the detail part of the program to be on txtfields and not on a datagrid. I have some of this working correctly using the txtchange function. 4/25/02 2.I need a total of all children that are on schedule between dates posted to appear in a textbox on the menu form. Reason: This will enable the user to know how many children they will need to plan the menu for during that period. **The menu period begin and end should be identical to the child scheduled periods, since only during the child scheduled times will meals be necessary. So if there isn't a scheduled period ( such as closed for vacation) the user shouldn't be able to post a menu for that period. 3. I would like to make the program more automated. For instance, the user now has to manually enter the hours for payroll . I would like this to be automatically available. Similar thing for the accounts receivables.
