Basic playing card code

I need functions written in vb.net 2003 that will shuffle a 52 count deck of playing cards and return an array of the shuffled cards. Additionally I need a function I can call that will take the top card off the shuffled deck, leaving the remaining cards until all cards are selected. I will be doing much more with this code, but I want to get this part done so I can establish a good relationship with a coder before continuing. The array will label the cards with a character string, so for instance, the 9 of hearts will be 9H, ace of spades is AS and so forth. Open to any ideas on doing this better if you ahve any. ## Deliverables Need functions written in vb.net for randomizing and selecting cards from a standard deck of 52 cards. Code should be commented somewhat so I know what is being done.1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform vb.net 2003 running on windows XP.
