VB application using GoldMine API

We require a very simple application developed using Visual Basic that does the following: The user can search the database for an available property (Villa, Town House, Apartment) from a property listing database. I have developed a simple 'mock up' using MS Access, that has exactly the functionality that we require. When the search results appear, the user should be able to double click on a property and the 'PropertyOD' field will be passed into an application called GoldMine. See [[login to view URL]][1]. We can provide you with GoldMine and its API along with some sample code. The application should put the selected property ID into the active contact record in GoldMine or allow the user to search for a contact. In the first instance, this is a 'proof of concept' If this work is satisfactory, then we will replace the Property search with our clients 'Property Management System' and call a search function using another API. However, this is a second phase, once we you have managed to 'proove the concept' I have attached, for your reference, the MS Access mock up that I have done. please be aware, I am NOT a deveoper and am simply providing this as a reference to the Property searching part of the tool that is needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win XP & GoldMine 7.0
